Edgent Learn

Edgent Learn is a learning management system for public agencies, school districts and employers.

It assigns training by position, tracks certifications and renewals, schedules instructor-led sessions, plays SCORM, xAPI, H5P and IMS Common Cartridge content, runs hands-on labs, and produces governed reports. It is engineered to Section 508 and WCAG 2.1 AA, and it is licensed under Apache License 2.0.

What it does

  • Position-based assignment

    Rules assign the standard course load to everyone who holds a title, unit or certification standing. A preview shows who would be assigned before a rule is authorized.

  • Certifications and renewals

    Credentials carry an expiry, lapse once, and return through a recertification pathway. Supervisors and HR see each person's standing against the required load.

  • Instructor-led sessions

    Seats, waiting lists, room, equipment and instructor conflict checks, attendance, make-up tracking and a calendar feed for each person.

  • Content in the formats you already own

    SCORM 1.2 and 2004, xAPI, H5P, IMS Common Cartridge and LTI. Your existing libraries run as they are.

  • Hands-on labs

    Courses can carry a lab per lesson, with real pages and verified tasks.

  • Governed reports

    Completion, compliance by position, an audit-ready training record and a leadership rollup by unit, as CSV, XLSX, PDF and accessible HTML.
